Welcome to the second edition of AI & Material talks, this time with speakers from ABB, with lunch!

The presentation focuses on how artificial intelligence can be used as a practical tool to create value in industry, this time particulary in the paper and pulp area through a deeper understanding of processes and operational behavior in production.

Particular emphasis is placed on how increased access to data, improved computing capacity, and a more mature technical infrastructure have made AI a relevant and useful tool in industrial applications.

For example, a key focus is how AI can help shift from a reactive approach, where problems are often addressed after the fact, to something more proactive,  where deviations can be detected early and measures implemented before disruptions occur.
